Liz Kennedy - Chief Operations Officer

Liz Kennedy serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Wellness for Educators. Liz is a yoga practitioner who earned her 500-hr Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Aiyana Athenian & Krishna Peter Perry of ShivaShakti School of Yoga & Healing Arts, which includes but is not limited to Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, pranayama, meditation, mantra, asana, chakras, alignment, modifications, and applied anatomy and physiology. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an early childhood education certificate from Lesley University. She has worked in administration and management in the healthcare field for over 25 years and currently serves as the Community Health Program Coordinator at MaineHealth. She also works as a Project Associate for Consult4ED Group.
